Recently we surveyed our students to see if they consider a campus’ size based on undergraduate enrollment or the acreage of the campus. Many mentioned acreage is more important than student population -so we set off for another data hunt, cataloging schools by acreage. Some interesting finds are listed below.
Large Flagship State Schools with Manageable Acreage – Get a bike
An additional research bonus is that we discovered the University of Tennessee has an awesome $50 a semester bike rental program (includes helmet, bike, maintenance, and lock)! If you have a current college student, search for a similar program at their school!
