Marietta College is located in Marietta, Ohio, 15 miles from Parkersburg, WV. The liberal arts campus consists of 90 acres of beautifully landscaped walks and grounds and red brick buildings with a New England look, in a small town. Division 3 athletics include crew for both men and women and a strong baseball program. A beautiful planetarium on campus was donated by alumni. Marietta has a strong Leadership program, Honors program, China program, Greek life, and study abroad programs. Academic majors include petroleum engineering, Asian studies, athletic training, sports management, and a graduate Physician’s Assistant program. Appears to be a conservative campus with student’s who seem very happy to be there. Average SAT 1080 and ACT 24
